I spent years in healthcare doing marketing before I ever called it that. Care coordination, quality assurance, social media strategy and content creation. Building a brand, growing an audience and lifting client satisfaction to Excellent. None of it came from a textbook. It came from showing up, being strategic and genuinely caring about the outcome.
